BAL X-Chock Tire Locking Chock starts off where the Deluxe Tire Locking Chock left off but it’s new, slimmer design will fit into more axle applications. It fits between tandem tires, it locks wheels by applying force to both tires. Aids in trailer stabilizing and prevents tire shifts. A hand-operated plated ratchet wrench turns a drive nut, extending the chocks against the tires for locking and retracting the chucks for removal. Provides added stabilization and prevents tire shifts by applying opposing force to tandem, tire applications. As opposed to other chocks, the X-Chock works with the tires natural movement instead of against them. Fits even the tightest of applications retracting down to 1 3/8-inch and extends to 10-inch. Rust inhibitive coating. Plated ratchet wrench with comfort bumper included. Lightweight, easy to store. Lockable for added security with optional 28015 Pad Lock. Made in the USA.

Not as advertised 
Manufacturer states this chock will retract to 1-3/8". I have 2" clearance between the tires on my 5th wheel and this chock would not fit between the tires. In reality it only retracts 3". The product looks well made, but if you have tight clearance between tires, buyer beware!

Tire Chock Review.
If you own a RV you know the problem with wiggly when you rig is set up at a campsite. This item helps by hold the tires in place. It also doubles to secure the rig when unhooking from the tow vihicle. Great price from this vendor.
so good I got two
Purchased one of the BAL chocks after buying and returning another brand. My trailer has a small space between wheels,as I have larger tires than standard, and other products would not fit. Tried chocks that attached to levelers, which did not work. One of these worked well, first time I used it on relatively level ground. Headed to mountains, and wanted the security of all wheels being chocked. I would recommend this product, esp. if your trailer has small space between wheels.
