Green Earth Technologies 01205 Organic Glass Cleaner 22 oz customer reviews: A "cleaner" glass cleaner! Works great and is safe and environmentally sound! Fantastic stuff - I just picked up a few different Green Earth Technologies products to try out, and I'm happy to say that they fared well. This glass cleaner works great - just as good as any other glass cleaner that I've used, only it's, well, green! You know how on the back of every cleaning product there's a warning about what to do if it is ingested or gets in your eyes? Not so with this stuff! There's simply a little text box which says that it's safe as can be. In fact, you can drink it, splash it in your eyes and inhale it to your heart's content will no adverse effects whatsoever. It probably wouldn't taste very good, but the guy at the store where I bought it said that he had drank each product just to see... Anyway, you likely won't drink it directly, but your pets or kids might as you wash your car. It's nice to know that won't be a problem. Plus, as I was cleaning my windows inside my car - I felt somehow better inhaling the mist from the spray. It has a nice very light citrus scent, and when I used to use normal cleaning products (like windex) I always held my breath as I sprayed the windows - since I was sure that stuff wasn't any good for my lungs. With this stuff, it's no problem. PERFORMANCE: Solid. Really just as good as any other glass cleaner I've used. I did all the windows on my car - which hadn't been cleaned in a year - and it was amidst heavy pollen outside. The stuff performed great, very clean windows, no streaks, and easy to work with as well. I might add that I was cleaning at the worst time as well - on a hit day and in the direct sun just afternoon. Usually that just bakes window cleaner and it goes all streaky - not so with this stuff. It cleaned great - and the only streaks I got were from the heavy dirt I was cleaning off - once that was gone, it was invisibly clean. Plus - the pollen didn't seem to stick as much afterwards - maybe there is something to this dust repellent idea? Overall great stuff, and I like their other products so far as well. I'm still waiting to get my hands on some of their automotive and marine oil... Better than Windex I bought this along with G Wash and G Tire Shine. While the car wash and tire shine performed as well as any other wash I used, this product worked better than Windex on my car windows. Elbow grease was still needed to remove bug splatter and baked on contaminants, but the window did not streak. For some reason when I use windex, I find myself spraying repeatedly and wiping again and again to remove streaks and a white haze. This only occurs on my car windows, but G Glass worked without even having to reapply the product. Great stuff, and good for the enviroment This stuff works great. The glass cleaner works well on all glass surfaces. I used it to clean the windows of my house! Nice. Want to try to use the fog resistance on my car soon. Nixed the gunk I've had some nasty gunk on a 10-window door in our house since we've moved in. Just got my glass cleaner today and it was my 2nd job (right after the bathroom mirror) and the gunk is gone!, well at least 90% of it. That's far better than every other cleaner I put on those nasty windows. Woot Woot for Green I say! I just hope the motor oils do the same for my engine! : P (Yes they have motor oils too, I just can't find where to get my hands on them yet. I saw them advertised on a CSI NY episode. Anyone know?) Absolutely better than Windex Try it and know the difference. Less streak than using Windex. The best part is that you can get this stuff on you during washing windows and not have to worry about it's toxiticity. Well, if you are green or just want a better product, this is it.
