I purchased this under glow kit and upon arrival I inspected the product visually it appeared to be flawless, however I took the kit to a professional (Master Automotive Electrician) for hook up. When he tested the lights one was non functional. He inspected the light and upon his inspection noticed that all the lights in the end had a grounding problem and that the lights were poorly designed and manufactured. The company guarantees your money back if the lights don't work within a few days after arrival, but they aren't responsible for damage during shipping. I spoke with a representative form the company and he told me that it was my problem, that I should contact UPS, however it was clearly a manufacturing problem. I would never recommend this company or their services to any future consumer. Yeah as most of you see $50.00 dollars is cheap for an under body glow kit and that is exactly what you get a cheap $50.00 glow kit. I understand that most people write these reviews out of anger, but I really want others to be aware of this company. Great Product, Super Bright I don't know what ticked off the other dude but this is one of the best underglow kits on the market today. Super easy to install and extremely bright. I've taken this neon underglow kit to car shows and it's been comparable and most of the time better than those $150+ kits out on the market. I'm a big advocate of TWEAKED ICE and I tell everyone to go to these guys. THEY ROCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
