Anti-Theft Chrome License Plate Fasteners customer reviews: I learned the hard way I purchased this after my license was stollen and used in a high speed chase and shoot out with the police. They knew my plates were stolen so I did not have any legal problems, but they kept my plate as evidence. What a pain. This won't stop a thief 100% of the time but all you have to do is make it harder for him to remove your plate than the plate on the car next to you. Works great on my FORD EXPLORER. DOES NOT WORK ON MY GERMAN CAR.
