Heavier and quality and the chrome look really stands out but is softened by cute paw prints. I love it. doesn't have four screws, too wide covers the expiration stickers. It's super cute, but I am not going to use it, with just two screw holes it doesn't rest flat on the car. Also it's so wide the expiration stickers on the plate are obscured. Very cute and good quality.. Good quality- it's die-cast metal, chrome plated and a good price. Much better than plastic. It looks great on my SUV. It lays flush and even on the license plate. It doesn't come with new screws but I just used the ones attached to my existing license plate. I may order a 2nd one for my front plate too! FELL OFF VERY CUTE, NICE QUALITY, BUT IT FELL OFF WITH MY LICENSE PLATE AFTER ABOUT 2 WEEKS. I HAD TO GO THE DMV AND GET NEW PLATES...
