K-D Tools 2031 Exhaust and Tailpipe Cutter customer reviews: Very Poor Performance I've just spent an hour trying to cut through a 2" piece of exhaust tubing, and this exhaust cutter has fallen apart no less than 5 times. It's barely cutting, and what it is "cutting" is threads, not a nice clean cut. It's almost impossible to get enough clamping force on this thing to even make a dent in the tubing. I'm not sure where the "1/4 turn for a full cut" came from, but for sure it is not from reality. I don't know what I'll do now, as I cannot drive my car to inspection because of the huge slice in the tubing because the portion of the tube it DID cut is only about 90° worth. The advertising for this product is false, and I will do my best to inform the other engineers and mechanics that I work with of the low quality of this tool. Exhaust Pipe Cuuter I needed a mobile tool to cut 3" exhaust pipe to install Chrome exhaust tips. Although a SawsAll works it is not always the best in the environment I operate in. This tool fits the bill and works as designed.
