This kit inlcudes the premiere Silverline Dual Converter Pump, producing vacuum or pressure at the flip of a switch. With its compound gauge, vacuum and pressure can easily be read without having to change tubing or ports. This is a "must have" tool for the serious mechanic. Mityvac
Always wanted one of these but never got one for the car jobs. Got a motorcycle and it only recommended doing it with a vacuum type bleeder. Great device, a little clumsy with the hoses and tank but worked well. Recommend the "kit" with all the extra goodies and the case to hold it all. Not much more money and much more convenient.
Bled brakes and clutch with no problems 
The tool works well, though it doesn't develop a ton of vacuum per pump. By the time I was done doing all four brakes and my clutch I was pretty tired of pumping. It appears well built, comes with lots of attachments. The auto filler adapter was nice since I could be confident I would not run the reservoir dry.
The case isn't great. I opened it up and it didn't want to lay flat (like a book) so I pushed it, and felt it snap. I stuck it back together, but it's just a dumb design that the case doesn't want to lay flat.
The hundred plus page owner's manual has about 15 pages in English. (really though, if you don't know what you need it for, then why are you buying it?)
Overall though, it is a great product and is easy to use. It's not a tool I'll need to use daily, but when I do need it, I have it.
Mityvac 4050 vacuum unit
The unit was a little pricey but is very well made. I like that everything you need is in case and comes with the unit. The only thing I added was a long vacuum line of my own. I was trying to find a problem that was giving me an Engine Check light. I found the problem with the vacuum line in about 5 minutes using this unit. I hadn't need a unit till now, not sure I will need one again anytime soon, but I have a good unit that should last a long time, in case, ready to go! Mityvac is one of the major units out there with many different models. You can pull a vacuum with it or turn the handle and push pressure. I have a better system for bleading brakes, but this unit will do that do.
Great diagnostic tool
This is a great tool to have. I had to restore the vacuum system in my olf ford given the schematic. It proved invaluable and has a tremendous number of applications. I like the aluminum pump and reversable feature for pressure. A great collection for my tool box.
