5-Gas Analyzer Description 5-Gas AnalyzerA truly portable exhaust gas analyzer that sets new standards of convenience and ease of use. It fits into one hand and can run for up to four hours on its internal re-chargeable battery. Back lit display is four or eight lines programmable by the user. Measurments are shown in real time. An energy saving seperate pump switch calibrates the analyzer on daily startup (run pump only during testing) Readings are actual, not calculated. No Special software is necessary. This self-powered analyzer is easy to use, the only connection to the vehicle is the tailpipe. Integral flow checking provides warning of probe blockages. The calibration procedure uses standard automotive test gases. Measures five gases individually: Carbon Monoxide (CO) Hydrocarbons(HC) Carbon Dioxide(CO2) Oxygen(02) Nitric Oxide (NOX) Infra red link to optional portableprinter. Ruggedized design sets unsurpassed accuracy and durability standards for a hand held instrument. Programmed to evaluate gasoline, LPG and CNG fuels.
