The transport took 2 weeks more than expected cause of the post sevice in sweeeden mixed mya pacage whit someone elses. but they payed for it so im happy. i goot the product nearly free. They payed tool and freight for me as goodwill super service...great product!! Ordered these air shocks and received two shocks without hardware first. I called customer service and they immediately sent out a replacement pair plus e-mailed me a printable label to put on the return. They also sent the replacement pair Fed-Ex rush shipment. I had the replacement pair in 2 days with everything included to complete the install. Over all the experience for the first time shopping with Amazon was very pleasant and you can not beat the quality of the shocks. Highly recommended and I received $30 off them for applying for the visa and using that as a method of payment.
